Claims and complaints about services provided by the company are satisfied according to Appendix 9 of Charter 8/03 "Publication of data by banks, credit organizations, insurance brokers, investment organizations, the Central Depository and payment and settlement organizations, engaged in money transfers", from June 2, 2009 by the decision N 166-Ն of the Central Bank Board, and Appendix 2 of the Central Bank Board’s decision N 225-Ն from July 28, 2009.
